What You’ll Do:
Following care plans and reporting any changes in clients needs
Provide personal care (washing, dressing, toileting)
Assist
with meal preparation and medication support
Offer
companionship and emotional support
Support with mobility and
daily activities
Light housework
Travel between clients' homes (driving preferred but not essential)
