The Role

As a Support Worker / Care Assistant, you will:

Provide practical and emotional support to service users

Assist with personal care, daily living tasks, and social activities

Promote independence, dignity, and wellbeing

Follow individual care plans and risk assessments

Work collaboratively with families, colleagues, and other professionals

Maintain accurate records and uphold safeguarding standards
