Pete brings over 10 years of healthcare experience, including both senior and deputy management roles within care homes and children’s homes. In addition, he has more than 8 years of experience in agency recruitment, holding both Branch Management and Regional Management positions.
Throughout his career, Pete has successfully led and developed high-performing teams, consistently exceeding annual budgets while expanding both client bases and candidate headcount across the United Kingdom.
His strong knowledge of recruitment standards and compliance requirements ensures that candidate selection across both our agency and homecare divisions not only meets, but exceeds, regulatory and quality expectations. Pete is passionate about maintaining high standards, building lasting client relationships, and supporting care professionals in finding the right opportunities.

Throughout his career, he has developed strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills, alongside a solid understanding of the healthcare recruitment market and compliance processes.
Asharn is passionate about building strong relationships with both clients and candidates, ensuring high standards are maintained while delivering a reliable and efficient recruitment service.
