What You’ll Be Doing
As a support worker, you’ll support individuals in their own homes and out in the community, helping them live fulfilling, independent lives. Your day may include:
- Providing personal care
- Supporting clients with daily tasks and routines
- Accompanying individuals on trips, appointments, and community activities
- Offering emotional support and encouragement
- Being a reliable, positive presence in someone’s life
