We work across the Hinckley and Bosworth area, so we're looking for applicants who are happy to work across Hinckley, Barwell, Earl Shilton & surrounding areas.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a support worker, you’ll support individuals in their own homes and out in the community, helping them live fulfilling, independent lives. Your day may include:

• Providing personal care
• Supporting clients with daily tasks and routines
• Accompanying individuals on trips, appointments, and community activities
• Offering emotional support and encouragement
• Being a reliable, positive presence in someone’s life
