Gleberry Support was established in April 2013 (previously known as Prestige Care 247) with the main aim to offer person centred care in the community. Over the years they have added
and changed their service to meet the needs and requirements of service users. They work on the basis that the staff team and service users are equally important. They continually invest in their services and adapt to the ever changing needs of the sector.

The following packages are available:

Hourly Care: Covering hours between 6 am to 11 pm every day. Bank holiday cover also available.

Sitting service/around the clock care: Services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Bank holiday cover also available. Hourly charge rates are reduced for 24-hour care packages.

Gleberry Support Hinckley can only accept a minimum of 1-hour visit time slots.

Gleberry Support Hinckley offers the following services:

Hourly care, 24-hour care, P.A. Services, accessing the community, personal care, shopping, general cleaning, live in care, assistance going to appointments, emergency support at night, support with going on holiday, activities support and health issues.

Please allow 30-60 minutes for a thorough, no-obligation assessment in your own home.
Gleberry Support are unable to accept packages without an initial assessment being carried out.

During the assessment you and a team member will discuss the following:
Care needs and wants
Any risks, or additional equipment that may be needed
The times and visit length that is required

I regularly call on Gleberry Support to cover care for myself and they have always obliged. The care staff are always prompt and a pleasure to have around. These guy's are a credit to Gleberry. Couldn't fault
any of them. Always polite and interacted well with my husband, who had Parkinsons for over 20
years. So everyday could be different.
Unfortunatly my husband passed away on January 15th this year.
I would highly reccomend this company, they are
very adaptable to your needs.

We are very happy with the service received.
All the tasks we ask for help with are completed to a high standard, and the service user is treated with respect and dignity.
The turnaround from initially reaching out to implementing visits has been quick and easy to understand, and I really appreciate

Excellent service, friendly staff, manager always responds to enquiries promptly. This service enables Mum to stay at home safely and comfortably. Would highly recommend Gleberry home care services. Gleberry (formerly Prestige 24/7) cared for my elderly Aunt and Uncle so didn't hesitate to enlist their
support for Mum several years ago now, soon to celebrate her 100th birthday.

Gleberrys care and support for my Mother over a 3 month period was excellent. We engaged them due to their wide range of services we needed prior to my Mother going into full time care.
We needed additional support incase she had a fall and the ability to call upon them in an emergency. They delivered
consistently on a daily basis with regular calls for us and when we needed the emergency assistance they were there promptly. I highly recommend them and can't thank Seth & Stacie enough. Exceptional care service

I have nothing but praise for the high standard of care that is delivered to my daughter. It's bespoke to her needs and what as a family we would wish for in care for her. She is happy with her small group of carers and does not voice any issues or demonstrate any concerns when being cared for.

Cannot rate the care provided by this company highly enough.
They have supported my Mother and our family through some difficult times.
They have enabled my Mother to live in her own home as independently as possible.
She loved all of the carers and they cared for her showing dignity, individuality
and with respect.
Gleberry were always flexible and happy to help out when we required it with extra shifts when we were on holiday.

I would like to recommend this care team
Nothing too much trouble
Any appointments we've had they've got us there safely and on time
Treated with dignity and respect
My husband loved his outings with them as they were always cheerful
I have a personal alarm with them and they have come to my
aid 3 times when my husband fell even in the early hours of the morning and didn't leave until we were okay
We have had Robert to do our feet and he does a good job

I cannot thank all the Gleberry staff enough for their incredible support and attentive care to my Dad through the last year.
All the carers that looked after my dad every day were second to non. From the first day we contacted Gleberry they were supportive every step of the way, not only to my dad,
but also to my mum.
All the carers were so friendly, helpful, attentive and provided great care with such dignity and compassion. My Dad saw his carers as friends and was always happy to see them.
Even in my dad's final days, Gleberry were there to support myself and my mum at such a heart breaking time. Their care and support didnt just stop at my dad, they supported The Family.
You want the best for your loved ones, and Gleberry are just that!!
Thankyou will never be enough to explain how greatful we are for everything you all have done for my Dad and my family.

Unfortunately I am writing this review two and a half months since my mum died. But up until she was admitted to hospital, she received excellent care and was always treated with kindness and respect.


We are very grateful for the care you provided as it enabled our mum to stay in her own home which

is what she wanted.

The coordinator is awesome, one of the nicest, kindest care givers. my mother was a hard nut to crack but they treated her with respect and were always kind and tended to her every need. Her primary live in carer and was like a daughter to her and I was happy to call her my long lost sister. mum brightened
up when she was with her primary carer. Altogether a great experience with the team

My Lovely Mum was always wry glamorous.
She took great pride in herself and her family.
When she diagnosed with dementia in 2016 it came as a huge shock a great worry for her future wellbeing. .
By 2018 mum was unable to look after herself and needed someone to help her with general day today needs.
I could not manage myself so we called gleberry support to help.
My mum loved all of the staff and in particular one member of staff. Who is amazing. So thoughtful, , friendly and professional my mum loved her.
All the gleberry staff were fantastic carers to my mum they took care of everything my mum
Needed and provided excellent end of life care for my mum.who sadly passed away at home surrounded by her family in January of this year..

Seth

Seth Nkomo

Job Title: Registered Manager Joined: 2013

I am the Registered Manager at Gleberry Support. I have seen many changes within homecare and faced many challenges, including Covid! Previously, I have experience of working within the Health Care Sector, my aim for Gleberry was to deliver good quality person-centred care at an affordable price, and that's what we do!


My favourite thing about working in care is meeting new people and getting to know them, knowing that we are supporting them in a way that meets their needs and preferences. I really enjoy finding ways that we can make something happen, instead of saying no, we can't do that. An example of this was when we started Gleberry Trips, we were struggling with a wheelchair accessible vehicle, so we took away that worry and Gleberry now owns their first Wheelchair accessible minibus, removing barriers and making things easier for our local community.


You will see me out in the community, completing assessments, reviews, and delivering staff training and of course supporting our service users.


I currently hold my Level 5 Care Management, I also have Train the Trainer qualifications in Moving & Handling, Medication Administration and Safeguarding. I hold my level 3 in Assessing Vocational Achievement (CAVA/RQF) plus many more.

Robert Charumbwidza

Job Title: Nominated Individual Joined: 2013

I've been working for Gleberry Support since 2013, and I am the nominated individual. I am also the Foot Health Practitioner and Ear Care Specialist.


My favourite thing about working in care is interacting with our service users and clients. I love to chat and have a laugh with them. I am passionate about delivering high-quality care that meets our service users' needs.


You will see me out in the community, delivering staff training and, of course, supporting our service users, with care calls, Foot Care visits or Ear Care visits.


I currently hold my Level 5 Care Management, and I also have Train the Trainer qualifications in Moving & Handling, Medication, and Basic Life Support.


I also have a Level 3 Award in Education & Training, Certificate in Human Resource Management, Ear Wax Removal Course for Health Professionals, Diploma in Foot Health Practice (DipCFHP), and I am on the Alliance Register.

Stacey

Stacey Hibbert

Job Title: Compliance Manager Joined: 2021

I've been working for Gleberry Support since February 2021. I started working as a Support Worker, and have held many different positions over my time, from Senior Carer, Deputy Manager, to my current role of Compliance Manager.


My favourite thing about working in care is the variety of my day, no two days are the same, and I really do enjoy meeting and chatting with our service users. I especially used to love hearing about War Time stories with ex-veterans, which sadly are now in decline.


You will see me out in the community, completing assessments, reviews, and delivering staff training
and of course supporting our service users.


I currently hold my Level 4 Care Management and am working towards my Level 5 in Leadership and Management for Care. I also have Train the Trainer qualifications in Moving & Handling and Safeguarding. I hold my level 3 in Assessing Vocational Achievement (CAVA/RQF)

I've been working for Gleberry Support since 2018. I started as a Support Worker, and now work in our accounts and payroll department.


My favourite thing about my job is that no two days are the same; it's fast-paced and challenging at times, but I wouldn't have it any other way.


I currently hold my Level 2 NVQ in Health and Social Care. I also have qualifications in Moving & Handling, Medication Administration and Safeguarding.


I have a Bachelor's Degree in Journalism that I obtained in 2008. I'm currently working on my AAT Qualification.
