Gleberry Support

I have found the Gleberry team continuously professional and attentive. The team members that we see on a regular basis, and the ones that we only see occasionally fill me with confidence and trust. I have zero concerns about leaving my mum in their care. The team members always seem happy in their roles. Nothing is too much trouble. Thank you to each and every one.

Have been very pleased with all aspect of mums care. Communication good too. I am particularly looking forward to the days out. Whatever problems we get with mum they are always ready and willing to help.

I regularly call on Gleberry Support to cover care for myself and they have always obliged. The care staff are always prompt and a pleasure to have around. They all learn on the job very quickly making the experience fuss free and as relaxing as possible. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Gleberry Support to anyone looking for care.

The turnaround from initially reaching out to implementing visits has been quick and easy to understand, and I really appreciate how the service stays in constant contact and answers any questions I have, no matter how small.

Excellent service, friendly staff, manager always responds to enquiries promptly. This service enables Mum to stay at home safely and comfortably. Would highly recommend Gleberry home care services. Gleberry (formerly Prestige 24/7) cared for my elderly Aunt and Uncle so didn't hesitate to enlist their support for Mum several years ago now, soon to celebrate her 100th birthday.

We needed additional support incase she had a fall and the ability to call upon them in an emergency. They delivered consistently on a daily basis with regular calls for us and when we needed the emergency assistance they were there promptly. I highly recommend them and can't thank Seth & Stacie enough. Exceptional care service

I have nothing but praise for the high standard of care that is delivered to my daughter. It's bespoke to her needs and what as a family we would wish for in care for her. She is happy with her small group of carers and does not voice any issues or demonstrate any concerns when being cared for.

Gleberry carers provided excellent care and companionship for my partner when he was recovering from a broken hip. They were always professional and respectful. It was great for me personally too, has I had complete peace of mind, when I had to go out. We will definitely use their services again, if needed.

I am happy with the care provided by the team they are always friendly and efficient, giving me peace of mind that his needs are being met and that he can continue to live at home which is what he wants.

I would like to thank everyone at Gleberry for the exceptional care they gave to my husband right up until the day he was admitted into hospital He passed away three days later but I will be forever grateful for the care and concern we both received from the Gleberry family. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who wants the very best care possible.

Unfortunately I am writing this review two and a half months since my mum died. But up until she was admitted to hospital, she received excellent care and was always treated with kindness and respect.

We are very grateful for the care you provided as it enabled our mum to stay in her own home which is what she wanted.

Cannot fault Gleberry. Been a service user for several years now. They are incredibly flexible and amenable. If you're looking for a care company these are the people you want. The staff are well trained and respectful.

Ever since we have been using Gleberry (nearly two years), they have been truly excellent. They are very competent, compassionate, with great empathy and caring. We are very pleased with each and every one of them. A great team.

The coordinator is awesome, one of the nicest, kindest care givers. my mother was a hard nut to crack but they treated her with respect and were always kind and tended to her every need. Her primary live in carer and was like a daughter to her and I was happy to call her my long lost sister. mum brightened up when she was with her primary carer. Altogether a great experience with the team
