I would like to thank everyone at Gleberry for the exceptional care they gave to my husband right up until the day he was admitted into hospital He passed away three days later but I will be forever grateful for the care and concern we both received from the Gleberry family. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who wants the very best care possible.

Unfortunately I am writing this review two and a half months since my mum died. But up until she was admitted to hospital, she received excellent care and was always treated with kindness and respect. We are very grateful for the care you provided as it enabled our mum to stay in her own home which is what she wanted. Thank for providing an excellent service and we will recommend you without hesitation.

The care, support and kindness my husband received was second to none and I am happy to recommend Prestige carers to anyone looking for excellent home care for their loved ones. They were always caring and helpful to myself too and I found them a great support.

Cannot fault Gleberry. Been a service user for several years now. They are incredibly flexible and amenable. If you're looking for a care company these are the people you want. The staff are well trained and respectful.

Ever since we have been using Gleberry (nearly two years), they have been truly excellent. They are very competent, compassionate, with great empathy and caring. We are very pleased with each and every one of them. A great team.

The coordinator is awesome, one of the nicest, kindest care givers. my mother was a hard nut to crack but they treated her with respect and were always kind and tended to her every need. Her primary live in carer and was like a daughter to her and I was happy to call her my long lost sister. mum brightened up when she was with her primary carer. Altogether a great experience with the team cheers

My Lovely Mum was always wry glamorous. She took great pride in herself and her family. When she diagnosed with dementia in 2016 it came as a huge shock a great worry for her future wellbeing. . By 2018 mum was unable to look after herself and needed someone to help her with general day today needs. I could not manage myself so we called gleberry support to help. My mum loved all of the staff and in particular one member of staff. Who is amazing. So thoughtful, , friendly and professional my mum loved her. All the gleberry staff were fantastic carers to my mum they took care of everything my mum Needed and provided excellent end of life care for my mum.who sadly passed away at home surrounded by her family in January of this year..

A particular staff member is always professional, courteous and friendly. I am no food expert, but mine always feel better after his visit.

All staff very helpful and pleasant when helping my wife have a shower. The only problem was on one occasion someone came who had never been before, which was difficult! Usually, we have one of 2 or 3 people whom we know. Also, occasionally they arrive a bit late, but usually not a problem unless we are going out at a particular time. Excellent emergency service also. We have needed help to lift my wife off the floor after falls on 3 occasions and someone has come each time within 30 mins or less. Office staff are also always very helpful and pleasant on the phone.

I would like to thank everyone at Gleberry for their unstinting support for my sister during a difficult time for us all. The professionalism and personal care were of the highest standard. The physical and practical support was matched by the warm and friendly way in which it was delivered. Thank you again.

I cannot fault the wonderful care our mum received at such very short notice over the holiday period! We spoke to the manager late Saturday afternoon with my mum and the care started Sunday morning. Gleberry was wonderful, kind, helpful and caring. Thank you!

My mum is fiercely independent but has deteriorating health. Our first step to getting some support in the home has been the highly recommended Gleberry Support. I have been so impressed by the support my mum has received from the amazing staff, with their kindness and understanding of her situation. One of the staff even supported us in getting a hospital bed. The ladies are punctual, come in with a smile on their faces, will do anything requested and are so kind to my mum. The manager is even trying very hard to adapt the times of visits to my mum's routine. I cannot fault this service and it is a huge relief to me as I live far away from Burbage.

What nice, kind and considerate people they are. I cannot fault them at all. They ask me if I have taken my medication and if I want anything to eat. They tolerate my daft dogs. I have no complaints at all. I consider myself very lucky to have them as my carers. I have been encouraged to go out, which I had stopped doing, and have been taken to meet other people.

My wife has dementia and needs care at home. I have used Gleberry Support for a few months now and I am very pleased with the service and the carers. Easy communication on message. If I need a carer urgently they do their best to provide one the same day. Very reliable service and I recommend it.

I've received care from this company and I'm very satisfied with the care that I've been given. The ladies are polite and very experienced. The company has trained these ladies very well and to a very high standard from personal care to shopping for toilet roll. I would recommend this company if your loved one needed help. The rates are reasonable and what you receive is quality and kindness from this company. So if you are thinking of care get in touch, like me. I'm happy and delighted with the service.

Gleberry Support carers are absolute angels. As a carer for a mum who has mixed dementia and can be aggressive, the carers have been a godsend. When Mum refuses for them to help her, they will try different ways to get around the problem. They think outside the box. They also help with changing the bed, laundry, washing up, and hoovering. This all helps to take the pressure off. All the carers have lovely personalities and genuinely care for Mum. I definitely recommend Gleberry. All the staff are friendly and supportive. We couldn't ask for more.
