About the Role
Peaches Health and Social Care Ltd is expanding our dedicated team across Kettering within North Northamptonshire, and nearby areas. We provide high quality, person centred support to adults in their own homes, helping them live safely, independently, and with dignity.
We are looking for part time Care Assistants who are kind, patient, and committed to delivering exceptional care.
What You’ll Be Doing
No two days are the same, but your role may include:
- Supporting with personal care in a respectful, dignified way
- Helping with meals, hydration, and daily routines
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Assisting with mobility and safe movement around the home
- Light household tasks to maintain a safe environment
- Encouraging independence and well-being
- Being a friendly, reassuring presence for those who need it most

Skills / Qualifications:
- Desirable (but not essential) - Previous experience in care
- support work
- or a similar role - A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle - NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care (or working towards it) - Experience supporting older adults or individuals with mobility needs
