Job summary
Summary:
Elite At Home are recruiting experienced Support Workers to support adults with complex needs, including autism, learning disabilities, epilepsy, non-verbal communication, and behaviours that may challenge. You’ll deliver person-centred care that promotes dignity, independence, and well-being.
Key Duties:
- Provide personalised care, including personal care and daily living support
- Assist with communication, social interaction, and community activities
- Administer medication safely
- Follow and update care plans
- Support individuals calmly during challenging behaviours
- Maintain accurate records and ensure a safe environment
- Work closely with healthcare professionals and the wider team
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience supporting individuals with complex needs
- Moving & Handling experience
- Medication administration experience
- Strong communication skills and a calm, caring approach
- Good understanding of safeguarding and person-centred care
