We can’t praise the team at Elite at Home enough for their first-class professionalism, care, efficiency, understanding, patience and dedication, in fact, I could praise them all day long. Our experience was 5 star+ all the way from our enquiry to having the staff attend to my mother-in-law. I would
have no hesitation in recommending Elite at Home to anyone who needs care for themselves or their family. All I can say is an enormous thank you!

I cannot tell you how delighted we have been so far with the service that Elite at Home have provided. From the first contact to the initial tweaks to the care package that we needed to the constant reliable and friendly service my mother and my father are receiving, I couldn't be more satisfied with
the service. Management have made my parent's transition to using a care provider very smooth. They complete the tasks asked of them and more. My parents look forward to their daily visits and the positive energy they bring to what has been a very stressful period of time. Their genuine concern for my parent's well-being is not just a part of the job, but a reflection of their dedication to making a positive impact on the lives of those they care for. Communication has been a key strength as they provide regular updates on my mother's condition through our diary system. This open line of communication has reassured our family and has fostered a sense of trust. Thank you!

I have had a really good experience with the Care Provider, the office staff were kind, caring and obliging, nothing was too much of a problem. The Care provider kept me informed of all developments with my mother's care. They offered support for me which was very much appreciated and advised me of
others services that I might find useful too. When I visit the Care Providers office, they are very warm and welcoming. The carers were really brilliant they were so kind and caring towards my mother and gave her as many drinks and snacks as she wanted and made her comfortable. The carers were well matched to us and our needs, they were very kind and friendly, interesting to talk to.

Rubyrose

Rubyrose Tejada

Job Title: Registered Manager Joined: 2023

With over 15 years of experience in health and social care under her belt, Rubyrose is leading the Elite at Home team as our Registered Manager!


Rubyrose is an incredibly hands-on worker, always ensuring that every client receives person-centred care and is completely satisfied with the service - do not be surprised if she appears at your home to deliver your care herself.


Qualified as a Nurse in the Philippines, Rubyrose chose to move to the UK where she had to restart her career in health and social care as a carer in a local residential home. With her transferrable skills and in-depth knowledge of care, Ruby soon soared up the ranks to Senior, Deputy and then finally, Registered Manager in the home. Now, we are incredibly lucky to have her as our own Registered Manager for Elite at Home!


Rubyrose gained her NVQ level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young People's Services (Adults' Residential Management) on 12th April 2019. Before this, she gained her NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care in May 2012.
