We can’t praise the team at Elite at Home enough for their first-class professionalism, care, efficiency, understanding, patience and dedication, in fact, I could praise them all day long. Our experience was 5 star+ all the way from our enquiry to having the staff attend to my mother-in-law. I cannot tell you how delighted we have been so far with the service that Elite at Home have provided. I have had a really good experience with the Care Provider, the office staff were kind, caring and obliging, nothing was too much of a problem. The Care provider kept me informed of all developments with my mother's care. They offered support for me which was very much appreciated and advised me of others services that I might find useful too. When I visit the Care Providers office, they are very warm and welcoming. The carers were really brilliant they were so kind and caring towards my mother and gave her as many drinks and snacks as she wanted and made her comfortable. The carers were well matched to us and our needs, they were very kind and friendly, interesting to talk to.
