What can you expect from the role?

As a Lord's Care Assistant, you will provide personal, practical, and emotional support to clients in their homes, helping them maintain independence. Your day will involve visiting multiple clients, so a valid driving license and access to your own vehicle is essential in most locations.

For many of our clients, our Carers are their main connection to the outside world. You will be greatly valued for the important work you do, and we will ensure you never forget that.

Key responsibilities:

• Visiting clients in their homes within the local community.
• Supporting personal hygiene needs.
• Assisting with medication management.
• Preparing meals.
• Helping clients move around their homes.
• Providing emotional support and companionship.
• Assisting with light domestic duties.
• Maintaining thorough documentation and reporting for all clients in your care. We provide all the training and PPE necessary to perform your role confidently and safely.
