Having been dealing with various care companies over the past couple of years with my Father, father in law and now mother in law too. I feel I am an expert on the Care system. All I can say is if you are in the Stafford catchment area and can get Lords Care do it without hesitation, the manager and her team are excellent and go over and above what I have had to experience with other providers. I cannot thank them enough for the support, friendship and service in what is usually a very distressing time for relatives. Thanks again.
Thank you for sharing your experience. It's heartening to hear such positive feedback about us, especially given how challenging and emotional navigating the care system can be. Knowing there's a team that genuinely goes above and beyond makes a world of difference for families during difficult...
My aunt had been paying for a private care package but after a spell in hospital we decided to move her care to a package via social services. I was worried about the change but her funds could not cover the costs of the extra care she required. We chose Lord's Care services because they were locally based. I met with the manager and was really impressed, she came to meet my Aunt and we discussed her needs. She was very supportive and keeps me informed of any issues. The carers are lovely and always coming up with ideas to make my Aunt's very limited life easier. They come at the times arranged and mostly we see the same 2 carers. Very happy with them.
Thank you for the review. We are glad that you and your aunt are happy with the care provided. I will pass this on to our staff team.
The carers look after my dad really well, he enjoys them coming for the company too. They make him his food and at least I know he is eating properly too. It's reassuring to know my dad his being checked on and if there is a problem they contact me.
Thank you for the review. We are glad that you and your father are happy with the care provided. I will pass your message on to our staff team
When my mum came out of hospital we were able to work with Lord's to get my mum on the same rota. Lord's have certainly made a bad situation a lot better and we are forever grateful. Thanks.

I am very happy with the care they give to my husband and he is ok with them. It is also good for me to have a chat with them as sometimes you don't see someone all day. I would recommend you to anyone who needs care. Thank you so much for all your care.
Thank you for the review, we are glad that you are happy with the care provided. I will pass this to our staff team.
The daily care my husband receives from our regular carer is excellent. We are very happy with her as she is compassionate, thoughtful and very kind and caring towards my husband.
Thank you for taking the time to review the care provided by Lords Care Solutions for your husband. We will definitely share this feedback with our staff team.
Personal care needs a little bit more care but I am unable to get in the bath or shower.
Thank you for the review, your suggestions we will discuss with staff team.
As her closest family was over a hundred miles away, it was vitally important to us that she was in good hands, and we could not have chosen better.
If only all home carers were of similar quality.
Thank you for the review and we are glad that you are happy with the care provided for your mum.
Lord's Care Solutions has provided a flexible, reliable and caring service to my mother for the past two years. I have found them to be approachable, reliable and reasonable in their cost. More importantly when faced with a "crisis" they reacted promptly and correctly in calling and coordinating with the required medical services. My experience to date has given me and my mother confidence that she is in excellent hands that enable her to continue living in her own home safely.
Thank you for the review and we are glad that you and your family are happy with the care provided.
As the company's name implies the staff are carers, most exceptionally so. Over an extended period, we have built a really good working relationship with all of the staff and management which gives my wife the best care possible. My wife is very important to me and I could not ask for a better service. Thank you, the Stoke Branch of Lord's Care Solutions.
Thank you for the Review, We are glad that you and your wife is happy with care.
Overall my mother’s care is good and she has never wanted a change of care provider. The management at Lord's Care is excellent and I feel I can reach out to them whenever needed. My only criticism would be that some of the carers are very young and lately one could not speak English very well. This isn’t great for an elderly person with dementia as communication is really important, as is understanding the difference between a patient being physically unwell or it being their mental decline. I just don’t think the younger carers have the experience or knowledge to deal with patients who need a higher element of care sadly and things can and do get missed. The more mature carers have been very good with my mother and I wish she could have the same care team each day for consistency but I know this isn’t possible.
Hi, thank you for the review, we will try our best to send the same carers each day for the continuity of care.
Lord’s Care agency supplied 1:1 care for my dad’s well being in a nursing home near Uttoxeter. They were perfect in every way, always giving my dad dignity and respect. More importantly, they truly cared for him and were flexible in the way that they dealt with his complex needs. He could not have been in better hands and I am grateful for everyone that helped keep him safe and happy.
