The Role
Your daily tasks will be varied and focused on what each individual needs to live well. You will:

Support clients to access the community and attend appointments.
What You’ll Need
To provide the best possible service to our clients, we have a few essential requirements:

Driving: You must hold a valid UK driving license and have access to your own reliable vehicle for travel between client homes.
