Job summary
At Harty Homecare Services, our Field Care Supervisors play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of care are delivered to our clients. This position is key to maintaining personalised, person-centred support while upholding our commitment to excellence in homecare.
Key Responsibilities

Organise, coordinate, and supervise the delivery of care services to clients.

Deploy Care Support Workers efficiently, reducing travel time while respecting client preferences and continuity of care.

Monitor and review the quality of care provided, making improvements where necessary.

Ensure all services comply with regulatory standards, company policies, and individual care agreements.

Confirm that care is delivered at the agreed times and for the specified duration.

Provide hands-on support, including personal care, in emergency situations such as staff sickness or travel delays.

Arrange and provide cover for unexpected staff absences.
Requirements

Previous experience in a care or supervisory role within domiciliary care is preferred.

Strong communication and organisational skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of homecare regulations and best practices is advantageous.

A compassionate and professional approach with a commitment to high-quality care.

Minimum QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).

Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (preferred).
