Job Title: Domiciliary Support Worker

Salary: £13 Hourly Rate
Hours: 8 AM - 8 PM (Monay to sunday)

About the Role
We are looking for compassionate and reliable Domiciliary Support Workers to join our team. In this role, you will provide high-quality care and support to individuals in their own homes, helping them maintain independence, dignity, and a good quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting service users with personal care (washing, dressing, and grooming)

• Assisting with medication where required

• Helping with meal preparation and light household tasks

• Providing companionship and emotional support

• Supporting individuals with daily activities and community access

• Maintaining accurate care records and reporting any concerns

Requirements

• A caring, patient, and respectful attitude

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Previous care experience is desirable but not essential (full training can be provided)

• Right to work in the UK

• A driving licence and access to a vehicle is desirable
