About the Role
We are currently recruiting dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Assistants to join our growing team across the Cumbria - Seascale area. In this role, you will support individuals with their daily needs, helping to promote independence, dignity, and overall wellbeing in a variety of care settings.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Supporting service users with mobility and daily living activities

• Assisting with meals and hydration

• Monitoring and recording vital information and reporting any concerns

• Providing companionship and emotional support

• Following care plans and maintaining accurate records

Requirements

• A caring and positive attitude

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Previous care experience is desirable but not essential (full training provided)

• Right to work in the UK

• A valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is preferred
