About the Role
We are currently recruiting dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Assistants to join our growing team across the Derbyshire, area. In this role, you will support individuals with their daily needs, helping to promote independence, dignity, and overall wellbeing in a variety of care settings.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Supporting service users with mobility and daily living activities

• Assisting with meals and hydration

• Monitoring and recording vital information and reporting any concerns

• Providing companionship and emotional support

• Following care plans and maintaining accurate records

Requirements

• A caring and positive attitude

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Previous care experience is desirable but not essential (full training provided)

• Right to work in the UK

• A valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is preferred
