About the Role
We are seeking two dedicated and experienced Care Supervisors to support the delivery of high-quality care services across Leicestershire. This is a hands-on role requiring flexibility, leadership, and a strong background in care.
You will play a key role in supporting and developing care staff, ensuring service users receive safe, effective, and person-centred care.
Key Responsibilities

Shadow new carers during their initial shifts, providing guidance, support, and feedback

Conduct regular supervisions, spot checks, and competency assessments for care staff

Ensure care is delivered in line with company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards

Support with covering care shifts when required to maintain continuity of care

Monitor and maintain high standards of care and service delivery

Identify training needs and support staff development

Work closely with the management team to address performance and quality issues

Maintain accurate records and documentation
Requirements

Previous experience in a senior care role (e.g. Senior Carer, Team Leader, or Supervisor)

Strong understanding of care standards and best practices

Ability to lead, mentor, and support a team effectively

Flexibility to work across different locations within Leicestershire

Willingness to participate in hands-on care when required

Excellent communication and organisational skills

Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential)
