Care Assistant – Dorset
Hours: 20–37 hours per week
Location: Dorset (various locations)
We are currently recruiting Care Assistants to join our dedicated team across Dorset. This is a rewarding opportunity to support individuals in the residential homes and help them live independently with dignity and respect.

Key Responsibilities:
- Providing personal care (washing, dressing, toileting)
- Supporting with daily living tasks such as meal preparation and housekeeping
- Offering companionship and emotional support
- Following care plans and reporting any changes or concerns
- Promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing
What we’re looking for:
- A caring, compassionate, and patient approach
- Good communication skills
- Reliable and committed individuals
- Previous care experience is desirable but not essential (full training provided)
