We are currently seeking compassionate and reliable Support Workers to join our team, providing high-quality care and support to clients across Yorkshire.
About the Role
As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in helping
individuals live independently and maintain a high quality of life.
You will be supporting clients with a range of needs, including
physical disabilities, learning disabilities, and mental health conditions.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing person-centred care and support
- Assisting with daily living tasks such as personal care, meal preparation, and medication
- Supporting clients to access the community and participate in activities
- Promoting independence, dignity, and respect at all times
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting any concerns
