Responsibilities:
1. Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, grooming, and mobility.
2. Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive and caring environment.
3. Administer medication as prescribed by healthcare professionals.
4. Assist with meal preparation, ensuring dietary preferences and restrictions are adhered to.
5. Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe living space for clients.
6. Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members to develop and implement care plans.
7. Monitor and report any changes in clients' health or behavior to the appropriate personnel.
8. Accompany clients to medical appointments and other outings as needed.
9. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided.

Qualifications:
1. Previous experience in caregiving or related field preferred.
2. Compassionate and empathetic demeanor.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to follow care plans and adapt to changing client needs.
5. Basic knowledge of medical terminology and procedures.
6. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
7. High school diploma or equivalent.
