Job Summary
Role Overview
We are seeking an organised and compassionate Care Coordinator to join our domiciliary care team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating care staff rotas, ensuring high-quality person-centred care, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.
Main Duties:
• Develop and manage staff rotas to ensure safe service delivery
• Match care workers to service users based on needs and preferences
• Conduct risk assessments and care plan reviews
• Liaise with families, healthcare professionals, and local authorities
• Manage emergency cover and respond to changes in care requirements
• Maintain accurate records in line with company policies
• Support recruitment, supervision, and training of care staff
Any other duties required by the management.
