Job Summary

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Registered Manager to lead and develop our domiciliary care service in Wales. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management, regulatory compliance, staff leadership, and delivery of high-quality, person-centred care to individuals living in their own homes. The post holder will be registered with and accountable to Care Inspectorate Wales (CIW).

Main Duties:
• Ensure full compliance with CIW regulations and the Regulation and Inspection of Social Care (Wales) Act 2016

• Maintain registration with Care Inspectorate Wales

• Lead, manage, and support the care coordination team and care staff

• Ensure safe recruitment, supervision, appraisal, and staff development

• Oversee care planning, risk assessments, and safeguarding processes

• Monitor service quality and implement continuous improvement strategies

• Manage budgets and ensure the financial sustainability of the service

• Prepare for and lead CIW inspections

 • Build effective relationships with service users, families, local authorities, and healthcare professionals

 • Ensure the service delivers safe, effective, and compassionate care

Any other duties required by the management.
