About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality domiciliary care and support to clients in their own homes

• Assist with daily living activities including personal care, medication, mobility, and meal preparation

• Foster a positive and caring environment for service users

• Maintain accurate care records and communicate effectively with supervisors and healthcare professionals

• Drive to and from client locations across Colchester (driver role is essential)

Requirements:

• Female applicants only (occupational requirement in line with the needs of the role)

• Minimum 1 year of experience in domiciliary care or a related field

• Full UK driving licence required – driving is essential for this role

• Must be willing to relocate to Colchester

• Must be eligible to work in the UK; visa transfer supported (minimum 6 months validity on current visa required)
