Support Worker

We are urgently seeking an experienced support worker . The ideal candidate will be patient, reliable, and passionate about providing person-centred care.

Main duties include:

• Providing personal care, including washing, showering, and personal hygiene support

• Supporting with medication and daily routines

• Meal preparation and light household tasks

• Providing companionship and emotional support

• Promoting independence and dignity

• Monitoring wellbeing and reporting any concerns
