Health Care Assistant

Care at your home covers all areas within a 10-mile radius of High Wycombe.

Care at your home looks after vulnerable adults and children who require support with their personal care, supporting individuals with activities of daily living, companionship, cleaning, and medical care, i.e. PEG Feed support, Diabetes, Catheter Care, and Stoma Care, etc.

Typical tasks include:

• help with personal care, such as showering, dressing and toileting
• assist with food preparation and provide help with eating
• carry out household tasks, such as laundry and shopping
• provide emotional support and help promote mental wellbeing
• support with hobbies and physical activities
• get to know service users and understand their individual needs and interests
• document care provided

We also do not have any sponsorship positions at the moment; however, we can offer 20 hours if you pass the interview process.

We are looking for full time employees. Drivers preferred.
