Key Responsibilities

Domiciliary Care – Supporting daily living tasks such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, medication prompts, attending appointments, and overnight or toileting support.

Companionship – Offering friendly visits, meaningful conversation, walks, outings, and social engagement.

Personal Care – Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility while promoting independence.

Continence Support – Providing discreet and respectful care to ensure comfort and dignity.

Psychological Support – Offering emotional support, reassurance, and a listening ear to reduce loneliness or anxiety.

Physical Support & Wellbeing – Assisting with mobility and encouraging light exercise to maintain independence.

Medication Support – Prompting or assisting clients to take medication safely and on time.

Working Hours

  • Flexible shifts starting from 07.00am - 2.00pm and/or 4.00pm - 10.00pm, covering a 7-day rota.

  • Weekend on, weekend off rosters available.

  • Regular, consistent roster, planned in advance.

  • Shift pattern will be discussed and agreed upon during the interview

Essential Criteria

  • Reliable, committed, and a team player

  • Excellent timekeeping

  • Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for helping others

  • Driving licence and access to a vehicle preferred [non driving roles are however available].
