About the Role
We are seeking a driven, organised, and proactive Care Coordinator to join our team in Motherwell. Alongside managing standard care rotas, a vital part of this role will be marketing our services and attracting new business. You will act as the face of our company, building relationships in the local community to secure private clients, self-directed support packages, and local authority contracts.

Key Responsibilities
Grow the Business: Execute local marketing strategies, network with healthcare professionals, and proactively convert care enquiries into new client packages.
Earn Commission: Meet and exceed targets for onboarding new clients to trigger your performance bonuses.
Create Schedules: Design and manage weekly staff rotas to ensure consistent client care coverage.
Update Care Plans: Build and review digital care plans to meet evolving client needs.
Liaise with Agencies: Coordinate smoothly with local GPs, social workers, and hospital discharge teams.
What We Are Looking For
Business Acumen: Proven experience or strong skills in networking, marketing, sales, and customer acquisition.
Experience: Minimum 1–2 years working in a regulated care setting (as a coordinator or senior carer).
Qualifications: SVQ Level 3 in Social Services and Healthcare is highly preferred.
Clearance: Must hold or be willing to obtain a clean PVG Scheme membership through Disclosure Scotland.
