Job Summary

A New Kind of Care Role

We are recruiting for a new and exciting hybrid position that combines traditional care with a therapy-focused approach to independence, rehabilitation and mobility.

This role is designed to go beyond routine care. You will support individuals not just with day-to-day tasks, but with a clear focus on helping them regain confidence, improve mobility, and live more independently.

If you are passionate about making a real difference and want to be part of a more progressive, outcome-driven model of care, this could be the perfect opportunity.

What You’ll Do

  • Support clients with daily living tasks such as personal care, meals, and routines
  • Help individuals manage and regain independence in their own homes
  • Deliver and support structured mobility and rehabilitation activities (training provided)
  • Encourage and motivate clients to achieve personal goals
  • Monitor progress and adapt support in line with individual needs
  • Work as part of a team focused on long-term outcomes, not just short-term care.

What Makes This Role Different

  • A hybrid care + therapy support position, not a traditional care role
  • Focus on rehabilitation, strength, and mobility improvement
  • Opportunity to be part of a modern approach to home care
  • Greater job satisfaction through helping clients make visible progress

About You

  • Caring, reliable and motivated
  • Passionate about helping people improve their quality of life
  • Interested in rehabilitation, fitness, or wellbeing
  • Open to learning new skills and approaches
  • Previous care experience helpful, but not essential
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle

What We Offer

  • Competitive pay and clear progression pathway
  • Specialist training in therapy-led support techniques
  • A supportive and forward-thinking team environment
  • Flexible working to fit your lifestyle
  • Mileage allowance and paid travel

Why Join Us?

We believe care should be about more than support  it should be about progress, independence, and outcomes.

This is your chance to be part of a new model of care delivery, where your role directly contributes to helping people regain strength, confidence and control over their lives.
