The Role

As a Care Assistant at Blue Coral Health, you will provide essential support and companionship to clients in their own homes, enabling them to live safely, comfortably, and independently. Every visit you make will make a real difference.

Key Responsibilities

?  Assisting clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming

?  Supporting clients with medication prompting and administration as required

?  Preparing nutritious meals and providing assistance with feeding where needed

?  Helping with mobility, transfers, and light household tasks

?  Providing companionship and emotional support to clients and their families

?  Maintaining accurate care records and reporting any changes in client condition

?  Working in accordance with Blue Coral Health care plans and policies
