Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing and toileting
• Prepare and serve meals in line with dietary requirements
• Administer medication in accordance with care plans and guidance
• Support clients with mobility and physical assistance where required
• Manage challenging behaviours with patience and understanding
• Provide emotional support and companionship
• Deliver person-centred care tailored to individual needs, including end-of-life care where appropriate

What We’re Looking For

• A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with clients and families
• A compassionate, reliable and professional approach
• Relevant health and social care qualifications (desirable, not essential)
