Female Complex Care Support Worker – Night Shifts (only)

Location: Hampshire & Isle of Wight
Shifts: Night shifts (only)
Pay: £12.71 - £14
Specialist Complex Care Role
We are seeking a female Complex Care Support Worker to support an individual with a highly complex multisystem condition requiring continuous supervision and specialist, person-centred care.

Key Responsibilities
Moving & handling and active assisted movement
Personal care with dignity and skin protection
Nutrition and weight management support
Communication support tailored to individual needs
G-J PEG Feeding training
Non-invasive ventilation (BiPAP)
Epilepsy and Seizure Management
Dystonia

It is NOT required to have all the above skills.

Experienced in complex care / high-dependency support
Calm, observant, and proactive
Confident managing clinical needs and escalation
Committed to delivering consistent, high-quality care
