Care Assistant

About the role

We're looking for a caring, reliable Domiciliary Care Assistant to join our team supporting service users in and around Telford. You'll be helping people stay independent and comfortable in their own homes — assisting with personal care, medication, meal preparation, and companionship, visiting clients across the day (mornings, lunchtimes, teatime, and evenings).

What we're looking for

• Based in or near Telford — preferred, to keep your travel between calls manageable
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle — essential, as you'll be travelling between client homes
• Right to work in the UK — essential. Please note we are not able to offer visa sponsorship for this role
• Care experience is desirable but not essential — full training provided for the right candidate
• A kind, patient, and dependable approach to supporting others
• Good communication skills and reliability
