Female Domiciliary Carer (Drivers Required)

We are looking for caring, reliable, and compassionate individuals to join our growing domiciliary care team in Crawley.

As a Domiciliary Care Assistant, you will support people in their own homes, helping them maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life. You will travel between clients' homes delivering person-centred care and support.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing personal care and assistance with daily living activities
• Supporting clients with medication prompts
• Preparing meals and assisting with nutrition and hydration
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Assisting with light housekeeping duties
• Maintaining accurate care records
• Promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing at all times

Requirements

• Full UK Driving Licence
• Access to a reliable vehicle for work
• Right to work in the UK
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate, trustworthy, and professional approach
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous care experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
