Social Companion & Community Worker

Care Solutions is looking for caring, friendly and reliable individuals to provide social support and companionship to older adults and vulnerable people living in their own homes.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping people stay connected, active and engaged in their community.

What You'll Do

• Provide companionship and meaningful conversation.
• Accompany clients on walks, shopping trips and appointments.
• Support clients to attend community groups, cafe?s and activities.
• Help reduce loneliness and social isolation.
• Encourage hobbies and interests.
• Provide wellbeing visits and reassurance to clients and their families.
• Build positive and trusting relationships.

What We're Looking For

• A caring and friendly personality.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Reliability and professionalism.
• A genuine desire to improve someone's quality of life.
• Full driving licence and access to a vehicle (preferred).
• Previous care experience is welcome but not essential as full training is provided.
