What You’ll Do

As a Care Assistant with Classic Resources Homecare, you’ll provide high-quality, person-centred care tailored to each individual’s needs. Your responsibilities may include:

• Supporting clients with their daily routines, and household tasks, including meal preparation and light domestic support.
• Providing emotional support, companionship and help to manage finances where needed
• Building positive and trusting relationships with clients and their families.
• Accurately recording and reporting information following each visit.
• Providing personal care with dignity, respect and compassion.
• Supporting clients with medication, where required
• Accompanying clients on outings and helping them remain active and connected within their community.
• Encouraging clients to maintain their independence and take an active role in their care.
