New Care Manager at Home Instead in Ealing

Home Instead Senior Care in Ealing is delighted to announce the appointment of Manisha Fazel as Care Manager. Manisha was born in Mauritius where she lived and worked until moving to the UK four years ago. Her first post in the UK was working for a travel agency however, hailing from the close, family-orientated communities of sunny Mauritius, she was keen to find an opportunity to help people and give something back to the local community. In February 2009 she started work for Home Instead Senior Care as a caregiver and really enjoys the work that she does. She explains: “I love living here in the UK but have found that families often don’t live as close together as they do in Mauritius. It is very rewarding to be able to provide families with the reassurance that their loved ones are being cared for whilst also providing my clients with the independence they value.” In her new role, Manisha is responsible of managing the day to day running of business operations. This involves interviewing potential new team members, ensuring compliance with all policies and procedures and acting in the best interests of the clients we support to ensure they are receiving quality care. Fortunately, she still finds time to catch up with some of her regular clients as well. In her spare time she enjoys going shopping, listening to music and spending time with her husband Shakib and her 9 month old son Navid.
