Not only were members of staff involved in the one hour dance session, the Mayor and Mayoress of Wrexham joined the party to champion the event.
Cllr Roberts said: “Hilary and I really enjoy supporting these events which are always well organised and fun. It was certainly enjoyable, even if I have to look foolish by having red nose stickers glued to my cheeks!”
Pendine Park Teaching Care admin assistants Emma Roberts and Leanne Hughes organised the event, which managed to raise £119 for the charity, beating their £100 goal.
Ms Roberts said: “It’s been a real laugh and I’m sure there will be a few people with aches and pains tomorrow!”
Tracey Evans, Pendine Park Teaching Care Centre manager supported the event, saying: “We have had more than 25 members of staff give up their time to join in and everyone has enjoyed the event while raising funds.”

Zoe Holman, professional zumba coach, ran the free event, which involved a range of dance and exercises to music.
Ms Holman said: “It’s been a lot of fun and there is some real hidden talent among Pendine Park staff.”
Pendine Park provides both home care and residential care, and offer 24 hour nursing services in and around Wrexham.
