People over the age of 100 years old are being encouraged to share their life stories, advice and experiences as part of a new series being created by the BBC.
Organisers of a new ‘Ageing Series’ want to find people who have reached the milestone birthday and are urging both those still living independently and care home residents to send in a photo of their self for use in the series on older people to be broadcast on the BBC.
Family members, care home staff or even the person themselves can now email in the picture and those keen to share with others how it feels to be 100 years old or over have the opportunity to be interviewed by a team from the BBC.
For those who are interested in getting involved with the project, please email: julia@tomorrows.co.uk or phone 01488 684321.
