Plymouth couple are crowned Caremark Franchisees of the Year.
Plymouth home care franchisees Graham & Alison Livingston from Caremark (Plymouth) are celebrating their recent success at scooping the national home care provider’s top national award. The jubilant couple were thrilled to be announced as the 2015 winners of Caremark’s most coveted award.
Commenting on the award, Graham Livingston said: “This came as a wonderful surprise to round off an amazing year for the Plymouth office. This year we underwent massive growth in a very short space of time. This was only possible thanks to the dedication and hard work of all the staff. They really did exceed all expectations.
“Winning this award is recognition of the determination that our staff make on a daily basis to ensure Caremark (Plymouth) maintains its reputation as a high quality care provider.
“2016 will be another challenging year as the demand for our high quality domiciliary care increases, whilst at the same time Local Authority funding is being eroded.”
The Plymouth business has recorded a fantastic year of growth, outstanding care service, and has shown great peer-to-peer support and loyalty to the brand.
Kevin Lewis CEO of Caremark said: “Graham is a very worthy winner. He has worked really hard to build his business and hung on in there even though his local authority was not opening its doors to him in the early days.
“He is a great team player and now has an excellent business and should be proud of his achievements.”
2015 has seen the Plymouth business progress in leaps and bounds, acquiring an enviable reputation for providing a great care service and value for money within their local community. They were heavily involved in the fallout of a failing local care provider in October 2015, enabling over 120 vulnerable clients to continue receiving their care and providing employment to an additional 50 staff.
Caremark (Plymouth) provide personalised care and support to adults of all ages and abilities, enabling them to live safely and independently in their own homes, remaining close to family and friends. The team of over 100 Care and Support Workers provide a high quality service in Plymouth and the surrounding area. They are supported by a very experienced management team from their modern office at Falcon House, Langage, Plymouth.
