Bluebird Care Cardiff South, the Vale of Glamorgan and Newport will implement everyLIFE Technologies’ care management platform, The PASSsystem, into their offices. It will link them to their community-based supervisors and staff as well as other care stakeholders including families, social services and healthcare professionals. The PASSsystem is a living care plan that eliminates time consuming paperwork and dramatically reduces the risk of medicines mismanagement through the real time delivery and analysis of care notes. The PASSsystem is the ONLY CQC and Care Inspectorate cited, NHS England accredited, NICE compliant system in the market. With The PASSsystem Bluebird Care is driving up quality of care, while also delivering break through efficiencies and service compliance. Bluebird Care, Cardiff South and The Vale of Glamorgan have been providing Domiciliary and Live-in care services in Cardiff and The Vale of Glamorgan since 2010, whilst Bluebird Care, Newport have been providing the same services since 2013 within Newport and South Monmouthshire. They have established themselves as a leading provider in their regions and provide care-at-home services to the NHS, local authorities and self-funded individuals. The implementation of The PASSsystem is a further step in their drive towards excellence and demonstrates their overall goal to provide the best service for their customers. Richard Lee, COO, everyLIFE Technologies, says: “Bluebird Care has been consistently ahead of the curve in adopting system changing technologies, we know that they are completely committed to delivering the safest, highest quality of care. We are delighted to be providing The PASSsystem to Bluebird Care offices in Cardiff, the Vale of Glamorgan and Newport.” Huw Owen, Managing Director, Bluebird Care Cardiff and the Vale of Glamorgan says: “We are looking forward to implementing The PASSsystem into our offices and hoping that the system will have a positive impact on quality as it has done as cited by CQC. We are absolutely focused on providing the best quality of care for our customers. The PASSsystem will not only help our Care Workers to spend more time doing what they do best and focus on care delivery, but will also help us to accurately manage customers’ medication." Ray Morrison, Managing Director, Bluebird Care Newport says: "This will help improve the efficiency of our business in relation to time management and costs. It will also serve to further enhance the personalised, high quality services that we provide to all of our customers."
