Home Instead Senior Care (Stafford) were delighted with the results of their recent inspection by the Care Quality Commission, the regulatory body for health and social care services in England.
There are five sections to the inspection, which ask if the service is safe, effective, caring, responsive and well-led and the findings cover each one individually.
The inspector had spoken to clients, relatives and staff before her visit to their offices and she had very positive feedback. The overall rating they were awarded was good, but they were thrilled to receive an outstanding for the section 'Is the service caring?' The inspector reported that 'compassion, respect and consideration were key values'. A relative of one of the clients commented that “the caregivers are truly magic, I can’t speak highly enough of the care and support that’s provided.”
Home Instead Senior Care (Stafford) would like to thank all of the clients and relatives who responded to the inspection and for the wonderful comments received.
Also, where would they be without their wonderful caregivers? Thanks go to them too, for all their hard work and their lovely feedback.
