A recent customer survey of Help for Carers Homecare service shows that 96 per cent of their customers are happy with the service they get from the Surrey-based not-for-profit company.
The annual customer survey was sent out to all homecare customers and 93 customers provided feedback. Almost 99 per cent of customers said that they "felt safe" with Help for Carers care workers.
Stefan Kuchar, chief executive, said: "We are delighted that our customers are happy with the level of service they receive from us. Rest assured, we are not resting on our laurels. We are looking to improve our service to carers."
