Sandra Webb, an experienced carer from Manorcourt Homecare's Swaffham branch, featured in an interview with BBC Look East this month, discussing a new initiative that has launched in the town.
The Swaffham Cares Partnership is a pilot scheme that is aiming to connect all care providers, groups and associations in the town to help the local community understand what help and advice is available to them.
It aims to bring specialists together to share best practice, with the aim of helping more people receive the care they need.
Sandra was interviewed at a client's home in Swaffham by reporter Nikki Fox who was interested in hearing the different views of care providers across the town to understand what this pilot means to the town.
The interview took place on Wednesday 8 February and aired that same evening.
Nikki Fox also visited Meadow House Nursing Home, which is part of the Healthcare Homes group, to understand what the scheme means to them, the residents and also those people that visit the home for respite or day-care services.
