Following the ribbon cutting, the Mayor enjoyed a specially baked ‘Nurse Plus’ cake and spoke to the Nurse Plus team about what they enjoyed most about their roles.
The Mayor commented: “I was pleased to be invited to the launch of the Nurse Plus Branch in West Bromwich. There is such a need in the provision of the services they provide within Sandwell due to the increasing elderly population and the need for their services by people with mobility problems.
