Kim brings a wealth of experience in helping inTouch enhance the quality of their services, by providing an external perspective on their working practices. Having been a district nurse and a manager of a quality department at an NHS Community Trust, Kim has hands-on knowledge of improving community service provision. In addition, having worked for UKHCA for over 10 years, developing training programmes and speaking at workshops and now editor of Care Quality Matters, a monthly publication aimed at helping Registered Managers to meet their regulatory and legislative requirements, Kim is well versed in what makes a home care organisation Outstanding, and uses these skills to help organisations improve. Kim is working with Gill Forward inTouch's Head of Care/Operations to ensure that inTouch Home Care have the most advanced systems in place. “Kim brings her professional, impartial view/analysis of our processes to ascertain quality improvements, a more efficient flow of documents, which results in improved in-depth information gathering.
