The Care Quality Commission (CQC) has found the quality of care provided by All About Home Care, Southborough in Kent, to be Outstanding following an inspection in June 2017.
All About Home Care is a care agency that provides personal care, companionship and support to people living in their own homes. The service specialises in support for people living with dementia, people with neurological conditions and people at the end of their life.
Inspectors rated All About Home Care Outstanding for being caring, well-led, responsive to people’s needs and Good for being safe and effective.

Debbie Ivanova, Deputy Chief Inspector for Adult Social Care said:
“All About Home Care places people at the heart of the service and they benefit from exceptionally well-led, responsive, flexible and truly person centred care.
“It is always positive to see people and their relatives being truly involved in organising their care. Staff made sure people had the opportunity and support to do what they enjoyed most and enabled them to live as independent a life as possible. The staff were extremely caring and went above and beyond people’s care plans, to make sure the care people received was what they wanted and needed.
“It was encouraging to see a service that was continually striving to improve in all aspects of care. People using the service felt safe and well cared for by compassionate staff who prioritised their wellbeing.
“The team should be extremely proud of the work they do. I congratulate the staff at All About Home Care (Kent) for achieving our highest rating.”
