CareShield, the leading provider of workforce development solutions for the care sector has launched innovative software designed to take the pain out of appraisal management and allow care homes to provide supporting evidence of staff development to CQC.
During CQC visits, inspectors are looking for robust appraisal procedures and evidence that staff are being trained and developed to provide quality and sustainable care. With inconsistent, poor or no appraisal training, care homes are running the risk of failing in some KLOEs.
With this in mind, designed to sit within CareShield’s workforce development platform and support their eLearning programmes, the appraisal module allows businesses to conduct consistent appraisals across multiple locations and departments.
