'Question: What do you enjoy most about your job?

'I enjoy meeting new clients, getting to know each other; their likes, dislikes. I also enjoy chatting with clients. I feel really rewarding when they say, they feel better through sharing their daily stories with me. I also enjoy preparing food for my clients according to their choices. I also enjoy my clients expressing their satisfaction for my support towards them.'

'Reaching out, connecting and helping those in need the most. It comes with a lot of satisfaction.'

Question: What does good work look like to you?

'Good work is something with which I can feel my clients’ satisfaction through my qualities and skills. Understanding clients’ psychology/mindset is very important. Trustworthiness is also one of the most important part of good work. Adaptation capability according to continuous change of client’s need is also an example of good work. Gentle and polite approach towards clients’ required supports are also parts of good work.'

'Following the care plan carefully and properly, doing the right thing and keeping in touch with gps nurses , manager on call.'
