Expansion to new area

Over the years we have heard time and time again I wish you provided your great care and support in my area.

So from September we will be supporting people who live in the Poulton, Weeton, Great Eccleston and surrounding areas and then in early 2025 we will also be also able to bring you our unique style of daytime support as we do in our Hub.
