5 Star Employer Rating for 5th time for Home Instead Havant

Home Instead Havant has been ranked within the top five percent of health and social care companies worldwide in terms of Care Professional satisfaction for the fifth time.

All employees of the home care company were invited to take part in an anonymous survey by independent employee engagement experts WorkBuzz.

Home Instead Havant is delighted to have received an impressive Care Professional advocacy score of 93%, an overall mark showing how supportive an employer it is. The rating puts them as a global leader in their sector and gives them a ‘5 star’ accreditation.

98% of care professionals said that they are proud to work for Home Instead Havant, and 98% also said they feel motivated to do their best at work.

Those who receive the company’s care were also surveyed, leading to exceptionally high satisfaction scores. This includes 100% of clients saying that Home Instead Havant has an excellent understanding of their care needs. 100% of clients also said that their Care Professionals make them feel safe when they visit.

One review from one of Home Instead Havant’s Care Professionals reads: ‘It's not just client centered - Home Instead recognise that to be good at our jobs, staff also need to feel valued and cared for ourselves. They make every effort to reach out, show compassion if we're struggling, have endless patience with questions we might have, and make us feel comfortable in any way they can. This enables Care Professionals to go out more confidently to do the same for our lovely client.’

Another review from a daughter of a client at Home Instead Havant reads: ‘Home Instead Havant have been exceptionally helpful providing twice daily domiciliary care for our elderly mother. They have provided delightful Care Professionals who have gone out of their way to build special relationships with our mother and the wider family. As we live further away, they have managed minor crisis with exemplary calm and always kept us fully informed. They are a well organised and sympathetically managed organisation.’
